Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Delays
Tallowholic is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Tallowholic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly and reach out to us for assistance.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Tallowholic@gmail.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
